A pochi passi dal tapis roulant sulla via del Torrione, da Novembre 2010 ha aperto i battenti questo piccolo ma curato ed accogliente locale d’atmosfera, dove lo chef realizza sapientemente tutte le preparazioni a base di riso, pesce crudo e pesce cotto. Il locale è in continua evoluzione e quest’anno si prepara ad uno restyling sia nel nome che nell’architettura del locale, non cambiano però la location, i contatti oltre che l’ottima qualità dei piatti proposti. Il menù offre naturalmente sushi, sashimi, chirashi, ma anche California rolls, tempura ed altre proposte della cucina del Sol Levante. Ristorante, take away, “sushi da portare via” a pranzo e a cena e consegna a domicilio. Ma anche catering e cene con chef a domicilio.
